Refrigeration/Freezing
45. Keep your refrigerator temperature at 38 degrees.
46. Freezer temperature should be maintained at 10 degrees.
47. Defrost your freezer when ice or frost build up is 1/4-inch or thicker.
48. Check your refrigerator/freezer door gasket periodically for signs of deterioration.
49. Vaccum or brush the cooling coils in back of your refrigerator every six months.
50. Allow hot food to cool for no less than a half-hour before placing in the refrigerator.
