Nespelem Valley Electric Cooperative (NVEC) is a non-profit member cooperative serving approximately 1,533 homes, farms, and businesses throughout Okanogan County. We sell power only to the members of our cooperative. To become a NVEC member you must sign an application in which you agree to be bound by the rules and regulations of NVEC.

Under current regulations, you are required to pay a $225 membership fee, of which $200 is applied to your account after one year of payments made in full and by the due date each month. If you decide to leave the co op, $5 will be refunded to you as well. The remaining $20 is an account setup fee and is non-refundable. If a person has more than one account, only one membership fee is required.
